DAY 5 and 6

DAY 5
On day 5 of my healthier eating plan, I had a banana for breakfast and a tomato and cucumber salad along with left over chicken from my roast chicken that I purchased on Day 4. In the afternoon, I had a bit of vegetarian chili with a small amount of rice. I went out for dinner with my good friend Laura and I succumbed to Chinese food where instead of choosing healthy veggies, I chose deep fried prawn with shrimp fried rice. I know I'm screwing up at dinnertime and I must get this under control. For a later snack I finished off the prawns and fried rice so I could get back to eating smarter on Day 6.
DAY 6
In the morning since it was a Sunday, I slept in until 11 am. I puttered around for about 45 minutes then went for a 30 minute walk. Returning back home, I stopped at the 7 eleven for a Province paper and picked up a chicken caesar pita sandwich and an orange juice.
For dinner, I had made homemade chicken and broccoli soup the night before so I had this.
My plan is to go for another 45 minute walk since I need to relax after having my friend, Rob call me today chewing me out for a really silly reason. The walk will get me over being ticked with him.
For a later snack I'll will pick up some fresh veggies and dip.
