FORMER CITY COUNCILLOR ALAN HERBERT to DEBATE BALWANT SINGH GILL

On Monday, December 17, 2007, on CBC Early Edition, former City Councillor Alan Herbert, will debate Sikh Leader, Balwant Singh Gill over his hate remarks directed at the gay community in the Saturday edition of Vancouver Sun.

It is important that listeners tune in to hear what I'm certain will be a lively debate. The debate should start at 7:30am but perhaps tune in earlier just in case they start early.

Community Leaders are demanding an apology and retraction from Mr. Balwant Singh Gill.
