RESPECTED AG THROWS COLD WATER ON GREEN
It is interesting to read that the well respected Attorney General of BC, Mr. Wally Oppal has thrown cold water on defeated Mayoral candidate, Jim Green's, outrageous claims of wrongdoing in the November 19 election.
Mr Oppal provided free counsel to Jim Green instructing him to take his concerns to the Supreme Court if he (Green) feels there is some impropriety regarding his Mayoral defeat.
Since losing Jim Green has been all over the map placing blame.
First, Jim Green blamed former Delta school trustee, James Green, for his loss. Next, he blamed Sam Sullivan, libelling Mr. Sullivan in the process by charging there was collusion between Sullivan and Green to deny him (Jim Green) his Mayoral dream.
The latest now finds Mr. Jim Green blaming the Voters saying they didn't know who they were voting for.
The latest salvo out of the Jim Green camp, re-inforces what an egomaniac he is. Claiming voters are not smart enough to know who they are voting for is disrespectful. Blaming the voters for your loss. How dumb is that?
Its time to move on Mr. Green, Vancouver really has had enough. 71,000 Vancouver Citizens voted against you. Surely, that can't be so hard to understand, can it?

Ands stop refering to Jim as "the american Jim Green". He was a social advocate for african americans and their causes in Alabama.

Again for the record, I ran Transgender nights. One was for the Male transsexuals and the other for Female transsexuals. Most of the gay community knows this. One only has to ask Jim Deva or Vince Marino. Also I ran a clothing store for Transgender folks with a license.

Thanks for raising the issue of affordable housing in the Downtopwn Eastside. Yes even Prostitutes and First Nations are entitled to live in affordable housing. Yet only 2% of social housing is earmarked for our needs. But I suppose in your narrow view sex trade workers and Natives are not entitled to this measely amount of housing. Now you want to take away even that 2%?
Anyone beyond 40 in the Downtown Eastside is considered eligible to apply for affordable housing. Go ask BC Housing for clarification if you wish.
