NANCY CHIAVARIO and BISEXUALITY

Hi All!

I have had an email from former city councilor Nancy Chiavario demanding that I change a fact in one of my blogs.

Nancy informs me she is not bisexual. In fact, at a wards debate on October 6,2004, she informed me after I had printed in my blog she was bisexual, that she is asexual.

I stand by my original comment, however, Nancy in a letter to the Sun is demanding a retraction saying she is happily heterosexual.

I think contrary to Nancy's opinion that in public life that a politician's sexuality may be relevent if it involves an issue pertaining to minority rights. I dis-agree with Nancy that it is noone's business what a politician's sexuality is.

So whatever it is that you are Nancy is whatever you are. You are still Nancy Chiavario, a female who is a kind, giving and loving person.

I am sorry if my blog has hurt you. And may you enjoy many more happy heterosexual days.
